Enterprise Applications Development Lead

Role overview Hands-on individual contributor leading the build, integration, and day-to-day reliability of enterprise applications supporting a growing commercial-stage organization. The role blends configuration of SaaS platforms, SQL and data integration work, workflow automation, and incident ownership, partnering with Commercial, Finance, People, and IT colleagues. Most of the time is spent on direct delivery rather than delegation.

Responsibilities - Build, configure, administer, and support assigned enterprise applications and workflows, including ERP and CRM systems and adjacent SaaS tooling. - Develop and maintain SQL queries, data models, integrations, and automated workflows using APIs, middleware, file exchanges, and scripting, including reconciliation, monitoring, and recovery procedures. - Support ERP and CRM implementations and enhancements through data mapping, migration, integration development, testing, and production troubleshooting. - Translate business needs into clear requirements and practical technical designs, configuring standard platform capabilities where appropriate and building custom solutions when justified. - Own issues through resolution, coordinate vendor support, maintain runbooks, and cross-train colleagues for dependable backup coverage. - Use version control, peer review, repeatable deployment, and appropriate testing, partnering with security and validation teams on access controls and change documentation.

Requirements - 8 or more years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP or CRM systems, database development, or data engineering, with recent hands-on delivery and production support. - Strong SQL development skills, including relational data modeling, troubleshooting, data quality, and performance tuning, plus practical scripting in Python or a comparable language. - Experience configuring or supporting enterprise SaaS platforms and integrating ERP or CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or comparable tools. - Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL or ELT processes and integrations using APIs, middleware, or file-based exchanges, with attention to reliability and recoverability. - Experience with Git or comparable version control, issue tracking, technical documentation, and disciplined release practices.

Benefits and work setup Remote with willingness to travel as needed. Annualized base salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 USD, plus a discretionary quarterly bonus, 401(k) match up to 6% with long-term stock incentives and an ESPP, generous PTO, paid holidays, company-wide shutdowns, and a flexible wellness benefit.
