Role overview An IT Helpdesk Analyst role based in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan area (Conurbano), focused on delivering responsive technical support to internal team members across a fast-growing, technology-driven organization. The position blends day-to-day troubleshooting, asset and access management, and contributions to broader cybersecurity and compliance initiatives. It suits someone who enjoys a varied workload where customer service, documentation, and continuous process improvement all matter.
Responsibilities - Track incoming requests through a ticketing platform, work against defined SLAs, and contribute to performance and KPI reporting - Provide user support across identity, collaboration, and password management tools (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, LastPass) - Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates across supported systems to keep them stable and secure - Manage hardware assets for users in Argentina, including laptop configuration, imaging, and shipping logistics - Document recurring issues, fixes, and standard procedures to build a useful internal knowledge base - Help expand an internal AI-powered assistant by contributing common IT questions, prompts, and resolutions - Participate in a cross-functional cybersecurity committee, supporting compliance certifications and periodic security audits
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline - At least two years of experience in IT support or a closely related function - Working proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and LastPass; Okta experience is a plus - Solid grasp of core IT principles and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences - Strong problem-solving skills, comfort managing multiple tasks, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment - Excellent interpersonal and customer service orientation, including clear written communication - Advanced written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
Nice to have - Exposure to identity governance, quarterly access reviews, and security audit cycles - Interest in applying AI tools and automation to streamline support workflows and internal knowledge bases - Experience contributing to internal chatbots, self-service portals, or process automation projects
