Client Support Specialist - (USA Hours)

As a Client Support Specialist, you will guide enterprise customers through technical questions, troubleshoot product issues, and shape a support experience that turns risk management into a competitive advantage. This is a remote position based in Poland, working United States weekday hours.

Responsibilities - Resolve client questions and provide technical troubleshooting through email, live chat, and scheduled video sessions - Become a deep product expert to give clear guidance on features and functionality - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate issues and channel customer feedback - Use AI tools and internal knowledge bases to draft responses, summarize tickets, and surface themes quickly - Spot patterns in client feedback and recommend improvements to the user experience

Requirements - Three or more years of Tier 1 customer support experience for a SaaS or technology product - Advanced-High or C1 English proficiency - Physical residence in Poland, ideally Warsaw or Krakow - Willingness to work 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time on US weekdays - Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially over phone, email, and chat - Proven ability to own cross-functional relationships and drive issue resolution internally - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice to have - Background or familiarity with accounting and audit concepts - Experience with Zendesk or other helpdesk ticketing systems - C1 or advanced French language proficiency
