Role overview Build the data foundations and reporting workflows that help marketing teams understand campaign performance. This early-career role connects marketing automation and customer relationship systems to a cloud data warehouse, then turns that information into reliable, reusable reporting for stakeholders.
Responsibilities - Create and maintain data pipelines connecting Salesforce, Marketo, and a warehouse such as BigQuery. - Automate recurring campaign reports and develop SQL datasets, views, and queries for dashboards and leadership updates. - Improve campaign attribution by maintaining campaign codes, tracking parameters, and links from leads to opportunities. - Monitor data quality across marketing systems and reporting tables, investigating and resolving inconsistencies. - Use AI-assisted tools to support data exploration, query development, and documentation while checking results carefully. - Help configure system fields, objects, synchronization rules, and campaign structures; document metrics and processes for self-service use.
Requirements - A completed or in-progress bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, data engineering, or a related technical field; recent graduates are welcome. - Up to two years of relevant experience. - Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and window functions on relational datasets. - Working knowledge of a data programming language such as Python for scripting, automation, or ETL. - Understanding of relational models and common CRM and marketing data, including leads, contacts, accounts, campaigns, and opportunities. - Analytical attention to detail, interest in automating repetitive work, and willingness to learn tools and business context.
Nice to have - Exposure to Salesforce or Marketo, including reports, campaign objects, programs, or synchronization settings. - Experience with a cloud warehouse such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift, or BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau. - Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics, ETL/ELT tools, APIs, or workflow orchestration platforms.
