Flex CDP Customer Service Representative

Role overview A Customer Service Representative role supporting participants and clients with consumer-directed benefit plans, including FSAs, HSAs, HRAs, and DCAs. The position focuses on delivering accurate, compliant service through phone and email channels while maintaining strict HIPAA confidentiality. It is well-suited for someone with healthcare or benefits administration experience who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities - Respond to inbound calls and emails from participants and clients regarding eligibility, benefits, claims, and general plan questions - Document every customer interaction accurately in the call tracking system - Navigate multiple systems and tools to resolve customer inquiries efficiently - Translate internal processes into clear, easy-to-understand language for members and clients - Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines - Educate members on available self-service options, including the member portal

Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in benefits administration, healthcare, or insurance - Experience with consumer-directed benefits such as FSA, HRA, HSA, or DCA strongly preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex benefit information clearly - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Reader - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment while maintaining accuracy

Nice to have - Hands-on experience with benefit administration platforms such as Alegeus (Wealthcare) or Eldorado - Familiarity with CSIpack (training provided) - Experience using CRM or ticketing tools like Zendesk
