Partner Solutions Engineer

Role overview Help strategic partners explain and demonstrate identity verification and fraud detection capabilities within their own platforms and customer conversations. This solutions engineering role combines partner coaching, technical integration guidance, and tailored demonstrations. A key goal is to make partner-led discussions repeatable and useful while directing production ownership to the appropriate teams.

Responsibilities - Work with partner solutions engineers to connect customer needs, use cases, and desired outcomes to a clear value story. - Explain product capabilities, cloud concepts, and integration choices in accessible terms. - Design and coach tailored demonstrations that reflect a customer’s situation rather than deliver a generic feature tour. - Lead partner enablement and practice sessions covering messaging, use cases, integrations, demos, and common questions. - Advise partner technical teams on placing APIs in contact-center platforms and related workflows; configure demo environments for authentication and bot-detection scenarios. - Create reusable demo scripts, setup guides, talk tracks, and integration documentation, and relay recurring needs to product and engineering teams.

Requirements - Ability to translate customer problems and technical capabilities into clear value narratives, demonstrations, and next steps. - Strong facilitation and coaching skills with technical and business audiences. - Practical technical judgment to support repeatable demos, identify integration risks, and involve specialists when needed. - Ability to explain APIs, integrations, cloud concepts, and technical tradeoffs clearly. - Comfort collaborating with partners and internal product and engineering teams to improve enablement and resolve demo or integration issues.
