Role overview This is a senior full stack engineering role within the information technology and professional training function of a high-growth coaching company recognized on the Inc. 5000 list. The position is fully remote and structured at an hourly rate of $90–$120 per hour. The engineer will contribute to building and maintaining the software systems that support the organization's coaching and training operations.

Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications supporting coaching and training programs - Work across front-end and back-end layers of the technology stack - Translate program and operational needs into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders - Maintain code quality, reliability, and performance as the platform scales - Participate in remote engineering practices including code review and asynchronous collaboration - Contribute to architectural and tooling decisions in a fast-growing environment
