Role overview
An Implementation Consultant role is open on a team that delivers complex, large-scale enterprise deployments of a clinical communication and physician scheduling platform for health systems. The position supports full-cycle implementation activities across multi-hospital networks and enterprise physician groups, with a focus on expanding project ownership, leading defined workstreams, and gaining expertise across multiple product platforms. It is a remote role within the United States, with travel expected for onsite customer work and go-live events.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned workstreams within large-scale enterprise implementations, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with project goals. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution across complex environments and support planning and execution of go-live events. - Provide workflow consulting for physician, clinical, and operational teams, including configuration of call workflows and registration of physicians into platform programs. - Develop and deliver training programs tailored to large health system audiences and educate new clinical users before and after go-live. - Configure advanced workflows within complex multi-facility systems, integrate with third-party systems, and conduct testing across devices, platforms, and integrated technologies. - Become trained across multiple product platforms and rapidly acquire new product knowledge for enterprise implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; an engineering or IT-related discipline is ideal but not mandatory. - Prior experience in customer-facing or other service roles. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong computer skills with Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Lucidchart will be used extensively. - Comfort with change and a genuine curiosity for healthcare. - Ability to work closely with peers and team members in a collaborative manner. - Willingness to travel up to 30% to 50% of the time.
