Product Manager

Role overview

This full-time, fully remote Product Manager role is focused on turning customer problems, market opportunities, and business strategy into clear product direction and shipped improvements. The position works across customer-facing applications, merchant tools, engagement features, automation, artificial-intelligence workflows, and integrations, with substantial ownership in a fast-moving product organization.

Responsibilities

- Translate customer feedback, operational pain points, and strategic priorities into product requirements. - Define product opportunities, clarify problems, and help determine practical solutions. - Work closely with founders, Engineering, Design, Sales, Support, and customers throughout discovery and delivery. - Coordinate the development and launch of features across mobile, web, merchant dashboards, loyalty, marketing automation, and related workflows. - Help the team move quickly while maintaining a high standard for product quality and customer impact. - Contribute to product direction as the platform expands across multiple customer and operational use cases.

Requirements

- Demonstrated product management experience delivering software features from problem definition through launch. - Strong ability to gather, synthesize, and communicate customer and market insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear requirements. - Comfort collaborating across technical, design, commercial, and operational teams. - Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment.
