Mobile Engineer

Role overview

This full-time, remote Mobile Engineer role is centered on building and scaling customer-facing mobile applications. You will contribute across implementation, integrations, testing, release delivery, and technical improvements while working with designers, web producers, marketers, and other engineers to create polished app experiences.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and ship frequent updates to mobile products. - Build modular, secure, well-tested front-end code using React or related JavaScript technologies, along with HTML and CSS. - Develop app experiences according to design and coding standards using clean, semantic code. - Manage integrations and APIs and maintain clear technical documentation. - Test compatibility across browsers, platforms, and devices to identify inconsistencies. - Participate throughout the development lifecycle, including release planning, coding, testing, deployment, and evaluation of new tools and frameworks.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience using React or Vue.js. - Strong front-end development skills with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Familiarity with server-side rendering technologies such as Nuxt.js or Next.js. - Familiarity with unit-testing frameworks and a commitment to writing tested code. - Careful attention to visual and functional detail. - Openness to learning new technologies and taking on changing technical challenges.
