About this role
Role overview Manage the most strategic, high-value client accounts for a payments technology platform serving industries such as consumer lending, iGaming, property management, and tolling. This senior, client-facing role blends consultative selling, technical product expertise, and cross-functional project leadership to grow revenue and deepen customer outcomes.
Responsibilities - Own a portfolio of complex, high-value B2B accounts, driving retention, expansion, and revenue growth through consultative engagement. - Deliver product demos and tailored presentations that translate technical payment capabilities into clear business value. - Recommend transformative solutions that integrate with the platform, working closely with engineering and support teams on customization. - Guide clients through API integrations, batch processing, and data exchange, troubleshooting advanced technical challenges as needed. - Lead multi-stakeholder, cross-functional projects that align account strategy with broader business objectives. - Train client-side teams on platform functionality to enable self-service and reduce dependence on internal support.
Requirements - 7+ years in client success, account management, or sales, with a focus on high-value B2B relationships, ideally within the payments industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through consultative selling and account expansion. - Strong understanding of payments platforms, including batch processing, API integration, and data exchange. - Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact projects that align technical work with business goals. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to influence executive-level stakeholders. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
