Role overview
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise agentic-AI implementations, from statement-of-work kickoff through design, integration, user acceptance testing, production launch, and hypercare. This customer-facing program leadership role coordinates technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver reliable outcomes on schedule and at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, change requests, and escalations across enterprise deployments. - Build and maintain implementation plans, milestone tracking, RAID logs, governance routines, documentation, and readiness criteria. - Serve as the primary delivery contact for executive sponsors, technical leaders, customers, and partner organizations. - Coordinate work across engineering, agent architecture, product, sales, solution engineering, support, infrastructure, testing, and deployment teams. - Lead steering committees, governance meetings, executive updates, UAT reviews, and go-live decisions. - Support presales scoping, resource estimation, implementation risk assessment, and co-delivery with systems integrators, BPOs, and other partners.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise technical programs or customer implementations from initiation through production support. - Strong program-management skills covering planning, estimation, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and escalation handling. - Ability to translate business goals into clear delivery plans, ownership models, milestones, and measurable success criteria. - Technical fluency across integrations, environments, infrastructure, testing, deployment readiness, security, compliance, and data governance. - Experience adapting Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches to different customers and levels of complexity. - Clear written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain momentum in high-visibility programs.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise AI, conversational systems, or other emerging technology implementations. - PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related certification. - Background working with global delivery programs, systems integrators, BPOs, or other multi-party implementation models. - Experience mentoring junior program managers and improving delivery standards, runbooks, and governance practices.
Benefits and work setup
- Compensation is described as on-target earnings with base and performance-based components, plus equity; the listed salary range is $150,000–$170,000 USD. - The role involves close collaboration with enterprise customers, internal teams, and external partners, with responsibility for scaling delivery operations and best practices.
