Role overview
A Staff Product Manager opportunity focused on monetization and billing infrastructure for a large-scale B2B SaaS web platform. The role owns the systems and strategy that translate pricing and packaging decisions into real customer experiences, with high autonomy and direct accountability for revenue outcomes. It suits a senior PM who wants to drive expansion, reduce churn, and shape how partner and agency monetization works end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Own net revenue retention for the platform, driving expansion and upsell while reducing downsell and churn - Set and report on key metrics such as NRR, expansion revenue, and partner-sourced revenue in partnership with Finance and Analytics - Lead the roadmap for subscription billing, usage-based pricing, invoicing, metering, and entitlement systems - Partner with Finance, RevOps, and Sales leadership on pricing and packaging strategy across self-serve, sales-assisted, and enterprise motions - Align billing, CRM, and quote-to-cash systems so pricing changes flow cleanly through to quotes, invoices, and revenue reporting - Reduce revenue leakage through improvements to payments, dunning, and collections - Build the discounting, billing, and revenue-share mechanics that support agency and partner monetization - Track competitive and market trends in SaaS pricing and billing to surface new opportunities - Mentor and unblock other product managers working on adjacent growth and monetization initiatives - Communicate monetization strategy, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly across Product, Finance, and Go-to-Market leadership
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with deep expertise in pricing, packaging, monetization, or billing at a B2B SaaS company - Demonstrated track record of moving revenue outcomes such as NRR, expansion, and reduced churn or downsell - Experience designing partner, channel, or reseller pricing and incentive models - Direct experience owning or working with subscription billing platforms such as Zuora, Chargebee, or Stripe Billing - Familiarity with usage-based pricing and metering or entitlement tools such as Stigg, Metronome, or Amberflo - Working knowledge of CRM and quote-to-cash tooling such as Salesforce and HubSpot, including how pricing changes flow through to sales and marketing systems - Ability to design and interpret pricing experiments using data tools such as SQL, Amplitude, or Looker - Comfortable leading cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Finance, RevOps, and Sales with minimal direction - Strong written and verbal communication skills; self-motivated and detail-oriented

- Experience monetizing a partner, agency, or channel ecosystem specifically - Background partnering with Finance or Revenue Accounting on billing system migrations or ERP integrations - Familiarity with web hosting platforms or the WordPress/Drupal ecosystem
