Software Engineer II - Collaborative Web Platform

Role overview Build full-stack capabilities for an early-stage collaborative content platform that helps teams create, publish, and manage web content in real time. As an engineer on a small team, you’ll contribute to product direction and technical decisions while shipping features across services, APIs, and user-facing systems.

Responsibilities - Develop and ship features across backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces. - Help shape architecture and technical design as the product evolves. - Work with product and design partners to turn requirements into polished, usable software. - Write maintainable, tested code and take shared responsibility for quality. - Use AI tools in development and contribute to AI-enabled product capabilities. - Participate in code reviews and support a strong engineering standard.

Requirements - Around 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience. - Production experience across both backend and frontend development, with flexibility to work where needed. - Strong JavaScript or TypeScript skills and proficiency in at least one backend language. - Experience designing or building REST, GraphQL, or webhook-based APIs. - Familiarity with a major cloud environment such as GCP, AWS, or Azure. - Good testing and maintainability practices; a computer science degree or equivalent practical experience. - Active use of AI in software development or experience integrating it into products.
