Senior Staff AI Deployment Strategist

Role overview

Own business outcomes for enterprise AI deployments, from defining measurable value to building user adoption and supporting long-term growth. You will work alongside forward-deployed engineers, connecting executive goals to operational workflows while coordinating multiple delivery streams and keeping scope, stakeholder expectations, and business impact clear.

Responsibilities

- Set baseline measures and target outcomes, track realized financial and operational value, and report progress to executive sponsors. - Advise senior client leaders and coordinate parallel work across AI orchestration, security controls, data, user interfaces, and change management. - Analyze operating models and redesign workflows so AI tools fit day-to-day work and deliver practical value. - Manage scope, expectations, and delivery cadence; turn new requests into structured roadmap decisions. - Partner with engineers to translate business needs into actionable user stories while handling executive alignment and operational blockers. - Identify follow-on use cases and help move successful pilots into broader production deployments.

Requirements

- Six to ten years of relevant experience, including work with enterprise customers and complex operational business processes. - Ability to understand technical trade-offs such as latency, accuracy, guardrail evaluation, and data integration, and explain their business impact. - Strong experience with organizational change, user adoption, and behavioral change across large teams. - Skill building executive relationships while maintaining clear scope and accountability for business results. - Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, multi-workstream initiatives and align technical teams with business leaders.
