About this role

Role overview

Lead the practical adoption of AI across business functions such as People, Legal, Finance, and Operations. This is a senior, hands-on solutions role centered on identifying high-value opportunities, deciding where AI is appropriate, and taking complex initiatives from discovery through deployment, adoption, and measurable business impact. You will also help establish reusable standards so AI transformation develops as a coordinated organizational capability.

Responsibilities

- Partner with functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and frame opportunities where AI can improve operational effectiveness. - Reimagine how teams work by combining AI agents, automations, enterprise data, and human judgement in appropriately designed workflows. - Design, build, test, deploy, and continuously improve reliable AI agents, agentic workflows, integrations, and automations. - Balance expected value with feasibility, risk, data quality, maintainability, governance, and the need for human oversight. - Drive adoption by working with leaders, managers, and internal champions, helping teams create reusable prompts and AI-enabled ways of working. - Measure adoption, reliability, quality, and business outcomes after launch, and share patterns and lessons with other AI solutions specialists.

Requirements

- At least three years of hands-on experience with AI and automation, alongside broader experience delivering complex solutions. - Experience independently taking ambiguous business problems through discovery, solution design, implementation, deployment, and improvement. - Strong ability to work with functional stakeholders and translate operational needs into practical technical solutions. - Sound judgement about when AI is or is not the right approach, including awareness of risk, data limitations, and human-review requirements. - Ability to communicate clearly, build trust, mentor colleagues, and establish repeatable standards across teams.

Nice to have

- Experience with enterprise systems supporting People, Legal, Finance, or Operations. - Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or SQL. - Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation, MCP, AI evaluation, observability, governance, or security controls.

Benefits and work setup

- Fully remote role for candidates based in EMEA or AMER. - Distributed, asynchronous working environment. - The source describes paid time off, mental-health support, a wellbeing allowance, parental leave, and a home-office stipend.
