Role overview Provide technical leadership for pre-sales work involving identity security solutions. This role connects sales, delivery, and partner teams by translating technical capabilities into client-focused architectures, demonstrations, enablement materials, and adoption guidance. The position supports work across the continental United States.

Responsibilities - Present and demonstrate identity security technologies to clients and internal teams, and develop reusable use cases and demo assets. - Create technical sales resources such as sizing guidance, integration and best-practice guides, and solution design documentation. - Define solution architectures, product mappings, and roadmaps; advise on packaging, licensing, and related services. - Lead workshops and enablement sessions for sales and technical teams. - Advise clients on adoption, optimization, and best practices, and help address complex solution or service issues. - Coordinate with advisory, architecture, delivery, and engineering teams to support accurate scoping and consistent implementation.

Requirements - At least five years of hands-on enterprise identity security experience, including solution design, presentation, implementation, or support. - Strong expertise in at least one area such as identity and access management, privileged access, endpoint privilege, identity governance, or machine identity security. - Experience with enterprise identity security platforms; examples in the source include CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, and comparable tools. - Understanding of modern access controls, including credential management, session controls, just-in-time access, least privilege, and secure third-party access. - Working knowledge of hybrid infrastructure, cloud platforms, APIs, and automation, with ability to connect identity controls across environments.

Nice to have Familiarity with secrets and certificate management, PKI, SSH keys, identity lifecycle and access reviews, identity threat detection, and security requirements for AI agents. The role also calls for maintaining relevant technical certifications and building knowledge across adjacent identity security areas.
