Role overview Own the vision, delivery, and continuous improvement of the enterprise software stack powering a fast-growing telehealth support organization. The role leads a high-performing team that implements, integrates, and optimizes mission-critical applications spanning ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance, collaboration, and proprietary platforms, ensuring they scale with the business, meet security and compliance requirements, and deliver a strong internal user experience.
Responsibilities - Define and maintain a multi-year enterprise applications roadmap aligned with company goals and digital transformation priorities. - Translate business strategies into scalable technical initiatives, measurable KPIs, and clear project portfolios. - Lead the full lifecycle of enterprise applications from selection and deployment through integration and retirement. - Drive cross-platform initiatives focused on data quality, governance, and master data management. - Manage third-party vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, SLA monitoring, licensing costs, and renewals. - Oversee application provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management to ensure a seamless and secure employee experience. - Ensure compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, and other applicable regulatory frameworks across the application stack. - Track system uptime, usage, and ROI, and deliver executive-level dashboards and continuous improvement insights.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience. - 8+ years leading enterprise applications or business systems functions, including 3+ years in a people-management role. - Demonstrated success implementing and integrating cloud-based SaaS platforms such as GSuite, Zoho, NetSuite, Slack, and Okta. - Deep knowledge of systems integration, data governance, and the full software development lifecycle. - Proven track record in vendor negotiation, license optimization, and third-party risk management. - Hands-on familiarity with modern data architectures, APIs, automation frameworks, and large-scale change-management or digital-transformation programs.
