Staff Product Designer, Agentic Experiences

Role overview

Lead product design for an AI-native experience that lets local business owners direct, review, and correct a team of AI agents working on their behalf. This founding-team role spans product strategy, interaction design, visual craft, and design-system leadership in an environment where conventions for delegation, generated output, uncertainty, and recovery are still being established.

Responsibilities

- Set the overall design direction for the product and define interaction patterns for instructing, reviewing, and correcting AI agents. - Design end to end, from framing ambiguous problems through high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready specifications. - Create, evolve, and maintain the design system while setting a high quality bar for shipped work. - Apply systems thinking and an understanding of AI capabilities to product decisions, design processes, and reusable patterns. - Partner closely with founders, product leaders, and engineering leads on roadmap choices and on how model capabilities affect the product experience.

Requirements

- 8+ years of product design experience at a senior level. - Deep capability across both user experience design and visual/interface craft. - Experience making sound design decisions when information is incomplete and the direction is not yet obvious. - Ability to translate complex AI behaviors into clear, trustworthy user experiences. - Strong ownership of design quality, systems, and product outcomes.
