Senior Product Designer

Role overview

Design the core product surfaces of an AI-powered platform used by business owners to direct, review, and trust a team of AI agents. You will own feature design from problem framing through shipped detail, working closely with product and engineering while iterating quickly on experiences that produce variable output and may sometimes be uncertain or incorrect.

Responsibilities

- Own design for assigned product areas, from understanding the problem and exploring concepts to supporting implementation and evaluating real usage. - Produce high-fidelity prototypes and clear, production-ready specifications that engineers can build without guesswork. - Bring strong visual polish to typography, layout, hierarchy, and interaction details. - Participate in user research and incorporate findings into product decisions and design iterations. - Collaborate day to day with engineers, founders, and product leaders, contributing to a frequent shipping cadence.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of product design experience. - A portfolio demonstrating shipped work and clearly explaining your contribution. - Experience taking SaaS or consumer products from design through launch, rather than focusing only on redesign concepts. - Strong visual and interaction-design craft with close attention to detail. - Comfort designing for generated, changing, or uncertain system output. - A working style centered on high standards, rapid iteration, and honest learning from shipped results.
