AI Agent Developer

Role overview Build and deploy AI agents that handle practical business tasks by combining language models, workflow orchestration, and integrations with client systems. You’ll work with technical teammates and client stakeholders to shape requirements, prototype solutions, and improve them using operational feedback.

Responsibilities - Develop agents that connect reasoning, automated workflows, and business applications. - Orchestrate processes with tools such as Python, n8n, REST APIs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). - Connect language models to business rules and client processes, refining prompts, memory, and interaction handling. - Gather requirements from clients and demonstrate early prototypes. - Work with project, infrastructure, and UX colleagues to plan and deliver solutions. - Test, troubleshoot, track performance, and document reusable agent knowledge and components.

Requirements - At least two years of experience building automation or AI-enhanced systems. - Proficiency in a scripting language, preferably Python, and experience with low-code automation tools. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data flows between SaaS systems. - Hands-on experience with language models and prompt engineering. - Familiarity with Docker, Git, and cloud environments. - Clear communication skills and comfort working in an agile, collaborative environment.

Nice to have - Experience with MCP, business process automation, BPMN, RPA, or ERP integrations. - Work on multilingual deployments, especially English, Portuguese, or Spanish. - Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks such as AutoGen or CrewAI.
