Automation Engineer (n8n / Make)

Role overview Connect business tools such as messaging apps, spreadsheets, legacy systems, and email through dependable automations. The work starts with understanding how a process runs and where automation can help, then continues through implementation, monitoring, documentation, and client handover.

Responsibilities - Map business processes and identify suitable automation opportunities. - Build workflows using n8n or Make, with logging and error handling. - Integrate third-party APIs and create custom connectors when required. - Document automations and monitor their runs so failures are visible. - Train clients to use and oversee the workflows.

Requirements - Ability to understand and map business processes before building solutions. - Practical experience creating workflows in n8n or Make. - Ability to work with third-party APIs and develop custom connectors as needed. - Attention to operational reliability, including error handling, logging, and monitoring. - Ability to document technical workflows and explain their use to clients.
