Manufacturing Solution Analyst (Junior/Regular)

Role overview Support manufacturing and packaging operations as an analyst within a Global Business Services IT function. The role sits at the intersection of Information Technology and operations, helping translate business needs into technology solutions for a global manufacturing environment. It is suited to candidates at either a junior or regular level, depending on experience.

Responsibilities - Work within the Global Business Services IT team to support manufacturing and packaging-related technology needs - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to solution design - Assist in configuring, maintaining, or improving IT solutions that support operational processes - Document processes, requirements, and solution designs in line with team standards - Support testing, issue resolution, and ongoing improvement of manufacturing technology tools

Requirements - Background or interest in Information Technology applied to manufacturing or packaging environments - Analytical mindset with ability to gather and structure business requirements - Comfort working with cross-functional teams across IT and operations - Eligibility to work remotely within Poland

Nice to have - Prior experience with ERP, MES, or other manufacturing-oriented IT systems - Familiarity with finance, packaging, or containers industry processes
