Role overview Provide day-to-day technical and operational support for a growing organization as an Enterprise IT Support Analyst. The role goes beyond a traditional help desk, covering onboarding and offboarding, identity and access management, endpoint administration, and the everyday technologies employees rely on. An AI-first approach to improving IT operations is central to the position.
Responsibilities - Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for employees across hardware, software, SaaS applications, and collaboration tools. - Manage onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and access changes end-to-end. - Administer identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, user accounts, and permissions. - Configure, deploy, and support macOS and Windows devices through Mobile Device Management platforms. - Document, prioritize, and resolve support requests in the IT Service Management platform; maintain IT assets, software licensing, and operational documentation. - Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and continuously improve operations through automation.
Requirements - 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Enterprise IT, or Systems Administration. - Hands-on experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments. - Experience with identity and access management, Single Sign-On, and Mobile Device Management. - Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS applications and ITSM platforms. - Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and customer service skills. - Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, curiosity, and a continuous improvement orientation.
Nice to have - Experience with JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Jamf, or similar platforms. - Experience with Jira Service Management. - Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or other automation and scripting tools.
Benefits and work setup - Annual base salary range of $65,000–$80,000 plus annual cash bonus and equity options. - 100% remote work environment. - 401(k) plan, health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off. - Working hours align primarily with the Eastern Time Zone; Eastern or Central time zone candidates preferred. - Occasional after-hours support may be required for critical operational activities.
