Product Engineer (all levels)

Role overview A fast-growing UK startup is hiring product engineers to help build an agentic service that absorbs the complexity of household bills and saves users money. The team operates with an office-first culture in Farringdon, focusing on shipping high-leverage product lines that span energy, mobile, broadband, mortgages, subscriptions, and insurance. Engineers work end-to-end, from idea to shipped feature, with high agency and direct exposure to major architectural decisions.

Responsibilities - Lead the design and implementation of agentic capabilities and service logic across multiple household spending categories. - Take ownership of new product lines from concept through launch, partnering with legal, design, and commercial teams as needed. - Build and extend the underlying orchestration framework that powers long-running, real-world workflows. - Contribute to internal AI tooling that accelerates engineering investigation and product delivery. - Solve cross-cutting problems at the intersection of engineering, product, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements - Strong hands-on engineering background with a track record of shipping complex products end-to-end. - Comfort working across the full stack, including backend services, frontend applications, and integration layers. - Ability to move quickly in a 0→1 environment while maintaining type safety, reliability, and operational quality. - Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and willingness to lead technically without formal authority. - Pragmatic approach to balancing speed, craft, and real-world constraints.

Nice to have - Experience with agentic systems, multimodal data extraction, or workflow orchestration. - Background in regulated domains such as insurance, fintech, or open banking. - Familiarity with consumer-facing products used at scale.
