Role overview
Guide the development of AI capabilities for software used by veterinary professionals. The role focuses on improving an AI scribe, building models that identify trends, and helping surface useful next steps for users, while contributing to the data foundations needed to support these features.
Responsibilities - Improve the accuracy of an AI scribe and explore model fine-tuning where appropriate. - Develop internal models to predict trends in relevant data. - Help generate predictions or recommendations about actions users could take. - Improve data warehouse infrastructure to better support AI features. - Mentor and support other engineers as they build and deliver product capabilities.
Requirements - Experience building software in a fast-growing SaaS environment. - Ability to contribute to data warehouse design or improvement for AI functionality. - Engineering experience relevant to developing and deploying AI features. - Ability to support and mentor fellow engineers.
