Role overview A remote Solutions Engineer position supporting a workflow automation and document generation platform, partnering with sales teams and channel partners to drive new customer acquisition and expansion opportunities. The role blends pre-sales technical engagement with partner enablement, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concept support, and thought-leadership across events and community channels. It suits someone energized by customer-facing technical work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities - Collaborate with sales representatives and channel partners to identify customer business problems, scope technical solutions, and qualify opportunities for proof-of-concept or partner referral. - Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations across the platform, showcasing capabilities that support deal closure and technical validation. - Manage and execute technical partner enablement programs, including certification pathways, best-practice updates, and new-feature training for assigned solution partners. - Co-develop value propositions and demo assets with partner account managers to help partners expand their market reach. - Provide thought leadership through conferences, webinars, and community engagements to grow a one-to-many technical channel. - Enable and upskill virtual technical evangelists embedded within the partner base so they can support pre-sales and community activity.
Requirements - 1-3 years of practical experience with workflow automation or document generation platforms. - 1-3 years implementing Microsoft or Salesforce solutions, such as SharePoint, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Office 365, Salesforce Sales Cloud, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Demonstrable passion for technology and a continuous-learning mindset. - Strong content creation, public speaking, and presentation skills in English, with additional regional languages a plus. - Basic understanding of a channel sales model and experience working with software channel partners. - Willingness to travel up to 50%.
