SAP CAR PMR Consultant

Role overview An independent SAP Retail consulting role focused on a multi-month retail transformation programme, with deep specialisation in Customer Activity Repository (CAR) and Promotion Management for Retail (PMR). The consultant will work remotely from anywhere in Europe, partnering with both functional and technical streams while occasionally travelling to London for key workshops and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities - Configure and deliver SAP CAR and PMR solutions in support of a retail transformation initiative. - Translate retail business processes into workable SAP designs and integration points. - Collaborate across functional and technical teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end delivery. - Support promotion planning and customer activity reporting use cases tied to retail operations. - Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and drive consensus on design decisions. - Contribute to knowledge transfer and handover documentation as the engagement progresses.

Requirements - Proven SAP Retail consulting background with hands-on delivery experience. - Practical, working knowledge of SAP CAR and PMR modules. - Solid grasp of retail business processes and how they integrate within the SAP landscape. - Demonstrated ability to operate across functional and technical workstreams. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills when working with business and technical stakeholders. - Ability to start at short notice.
