Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery including scoping, planning, execution, and handoff - Manage client relationships and translate business needs into technical requirements - Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning ML engineers, data scientists, and designers - Track project health, surface risks early, and unblock the team when needed - Define and refine delivery processes as the organization scales
Requirements
- Three or more years of project or product management experience, ideally in AI/ML or data-heavy environments - Solid understanding of ML workflows including data pipelines, model development, and deployment - Track record of shipping technical projects on time with distributed teams - Clear communication skills and the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders - Structured thinker comfortable navigating ambiguity - Fluent English; German is a plus

- Consulting or agency experience managing multiple parallel projects - Technical background in computer science, data science, or engineering - Familiarity with agile frameworks beyond textbook Scrum
