Role overview
This Project Manager role combines software delivery management with technical search-engine optimization across multiple digital brands. The position is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring SEO-related implementations are delivered correctly, and keeping projects moving from discovery and planning through release, monitoring, and quality follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects, campaigns, and feature delivery across multiple brands with a high degree of independence. - Lead SEO-focused initiatives and verify that technical, on-page, and analytics requirements are implemented correctly. - Create and maintain roadmaps, work breakdown structures, sprint cycles, schedules, and delivery priorities. - Coordinate technology, content, design, CRM, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders to meet commitments. - Analyze performance data, forecast risks or trends, and take action to prevent delivery problems. - Coordinate integrations with third-party systems, analytics tools, content frameworks, and related platforms. - Track bugs and escalations and support post-release validation and quality checks.
Requirements
- Three to five years of project management experience in technology or digital environments. - Demonstrated delivery of software projects using Agile or Scrum practices. - Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and search trends. - Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, and Chrome DevTools. - Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, backend fundamentals, microservices, APIs, and CI/CD concepts. - Familiarity with CMS, DAM, push-notification, and analytics systems, plus upper-intermediate spoken and written English.
Nice to have
- Experience in online gaming or betting. - Hands-on SEO optimization, data migration, payment, antifraud, or machine-learning projects. - Experience delivering projects from inception through the full lifecycle. - PMP, CSM, or a comparable certification.
