About this role

Role overview

Lead the development of a retention-focused CRM product for an international digital entertainment business. The role combines product strategy, customer engagement optimization, roadmap ownership, and close collaboration with development, product, analytics, and stakeholder teams. You will turn customer and business insights into measurable features and guide initiatives from initial hypothesis through validation and delivery.

Responsibilities

- Own the retention product direction, prioritizing product development over routine operational work. - Create, maintain, and communicate a product roadmap aligned with engagement and business objectives. - Convert stakeholder, customer, and cross-functional input into clearly defined, measurable product features. - Coordinate day-to-day work across development, product, and analytics teams. - Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving engagement and activity. - Define, document, and manage the full product cycle for hypotheses, experiments, and feature development.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in product management. - Practical experience validating product hypotheses across acquisition and conversion funnels, including registration-to-first-deposit, first-time deposit, subsequent deposits, and activity-trigger journeys. - Proven experience with cross-sell and upsell mechanics. - Strong understanding of user segmentation, personalized offers, gamification, and engagement mechanics. - Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign-management platforms. - Ability to independently interpret data using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI, or comparable solutions; Ukrainian or Russian language skills are required.

Benefits and work setup

- Flexible remote, office, or hybrid work, with no time tracking and generally flexible start times. - Paid vacation and sick leave, plus additional leave for emergencies and selected personal occasions. - Annual health-expense budget, parental support, and a marriage-related bonus. - English lessons, education support, and funding for conferences or seminars. - Internal promotion opportunities, performance-related bonuses, and support for professional development. - A low-bureaucracy environment with no expected overtime, provided work tools, and multicultural team activities.
