This Business Data Analyst role focuses on improving affiliate marketing performance through rigorous analysis, experimentation, reporting, and process optimization. Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and report on retention, profitability, ARPU, ROI, lifetime value, conversion, and related performance indicators. - Evaluate campaigns, partner programs, and promotions, then recommend ways to improve their effectiveness. - Design or support A/B tests, interpret results, and turn findings into practical optimization proposals. - Analyze internal workflows such as transaction processing and partner-program management. - Identify opportunities for automation that improve efficiency and reduce operating costs. - Contribute to data models and provide analysis for strategic planning and business decisions.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience in data analytics. - Proficiency with SQL, analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Firebase, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Strong understanding of affiliate models including CPC, CPA, and revenue sharing. - Familiarity with affiliate metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, ROI, retention, and lifetime value. - Understanding of the affiliate ecosystem, including publishers, advertisers, and networks. - Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and adaptation skills; English plus Ukrainian or Russian was required.
