A senior technical architect position focused on designing and delivering AI-agent experiences built on the Salesforce platform. The role blends hands-on engineering with client-facing leadership, translating complex business needs into well-architected agentic solutions while pushing the boundaries of what automated agents can achieve. It spans the full delivery lifecycle, from initial design through deployment, with a strong emphasis on innovation in conversational and generative AI.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end agentic solutions, including instructions, actions, automation logic, supporting data structures, and deployment strategies - Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, developers, and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical designs - Lead and own the complete project technical solution across design, development, testing, and deployment stages - Explore the limits of automated agents and develop novel approaches that drive measurable business outcomes for clients - Establish best practices for ingesting and structuring data at scale to support agentic workloads - Contribute reusable assets and accelerators that improve delivery quality, speed, and consistency - Stay current with emerging capabilities across the Salesforce ecosystem, large language model providers, and adjacent platforms
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in application and software development - 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field - Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with working knowledge of modern languages such as Python, Java, or C# - Experience developing with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce - Understanding of front-end web development principles including HTML and CSS - Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to varied audiences - Experience with source control, branching strategies, and pull request workflows - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Nice to have
- Experience working with agentic AI systems and generative AI capabilities - Additional Salesforce certifications, preferably Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist
