About this role
Role overview The position is a full stack engineering role embedded within a Customer Service Platform team. Nice to have - Experience building knowledge bases, search, or content management systems. - Familiarity with customer support workflows, ticketing systems, or self-service patterns. - Exposure to large-scale web platforms serving high-volume consumer traffic.
