About this role
Role overview This role leads end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of complex enterprise programs for major US utility customers, spanning kickoff through go-live and adoption. The position acts as the trusted connective tissue between customer teams, executive sponsors, and internal delivery, product, and engineering groups. It is a customer-facing program leadership role focused on shipping high-value, data-heavy software implementations on time, to scope, and to a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities - Drive delivery of enterprise programs involving large-scale data ingestion (such as LiDAR, GIS, and asset data), model builds, integrations, and value-driven use cases. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer program teams and executive sponsors, building trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. - Run program governance including steering committees, executive updates, status reporting, and decision logs. - Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria, coordinating across delivery, product, and engineering to keep work on track. - Anticipate risks and dependencies, and guide stakeholders through key decisions with clear options and trade-offs. - Champion customer change through stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption plans that embed new workflows into everyday operations. - Apply and improve program management standards, templates, and reporting across the US team. - Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation across the delivery lifecycle, including status reporting, data validation, and project setup.
Requirements - 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management delivering complex enterprise software, data, or infrastructure programs. - Significant customer-facing experience leading senior stakeholders and building lasting trust. - A consistent record of delivering multi-stakeholder programs on time and to a high standard. - A change leader who has helped customers and teams adopt new tools, processes, or ways of working. - Technical depth to engage engineers on data pipelines, integrations, and cloud platforms; Python or SQL skills are highly regarded. - Comfort working at multiple altitudes, from shaping program strategy with executives to unblocking execution on the ground. - Confidence with project management tooling (examples given include Fibery, Jira, Asana) and practical use of AI tools to improve how work gets done.
Nice to have - Background in utilities, energy, GIS, or LiDAR is a plus but not essential.
Benefits and work setup - Opportunity to run some of the most important US customer programs while shaping delivery in a fast-growing market. - Work on technology that supports resilience of energy infrastructure against extreme weather and structural stress. - Strategic autonomy paired with a collaborative culture where engineering and leadership are accessible and aligned on the mission. - Competitive compensation including employee share ownership, flexible working arrangements, and strong PTO, healthcare, and 401(k) programs.
