Full-Stack Software Engineer - C# & Flutter

Role overview Build and maintain a web and mobile learning platform intended to make healthcare education more accessible. This full-stack role focuses on C# backend services while contributing to the front end and helping shape technical decisions in a small, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities - Develop secure, scalable backend services in C# and help maintain front-end features. - Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture, code quality, and the platform’s technical direction. - Add automated tests and improve application test coverage. - Contribute to a cross-platform product delivered through mobile and web applications.

Requirements - At least five years of software development experience, including proven C# backend work. - At least two years of Flutter and Dart experience, or experience with React or React Native and willingness to learn Flutter. - Knowledge of automated testing and a commitment to maintainable, high-quality code. - Ability to work through tight deadlines, learn unfamiliar technologies, and solve problems. - Professional spoken and written English.

Nice to have - Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, or Cognito. - Background in healthcare projects.
