About this role
Role overview Join an international product team as an Associate Product Manager supporting a lottery and gaming platform used by customers worldwide. This early-career role focuses on improving operator workflows, player support journeys, back-office tools, and operational processes through close collaboration with experienced Product Managers and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities - Partner with Operations, Customer Support, and other stakeholders to understand operational challenges and player support journeys - Identify pain points and propose improvements for internal tools, workflows, and business processes - Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Design teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements - Analyse operational workflows and production issues to surface automation and optimisation opportunities - Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting product documentation - Support product discovery, backlog management, sprint planning, and refinement ceremonies - Monitor product performance and gather feedback from operators, support teams, and business stakeholders - Use data, customer insights, and operational knowledge to validate problems and assess solutions
Requirements - 1–3 years of experience working with software products in product management, product ownership, business analysis, design, testing, or a related role - Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant field - Hands-on experience writing or refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements - Strong technical curiosity and comfort working with software systems, integrations, APIs, and workflows - Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to support decisions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated approach
Nice to have - Exposure to workflow orchestration platforms such as Camunda - Experience with process automation tools, business configuration, or system integrations - Familiarity with the lottery, gaming, or other regulated industries - Background in a call centre, Customer Support, Operations, or back-office environment - Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional product teams
