Role overview Senior delivery leadership role inside the Enterprise Experience Transformation practice of a digital creative network. The Program Director owns end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of co-developed, productized solutions built with a major enterprise platform partner, balancing repeatable execution with the flexibility to evolve offerings as they go to market.
Responsibilities - Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple co-developed solution workstreams, applying rigor without slowing momentum. - Operationalize productized offerings by partnering with cross-functional leads to define repeatable inputs, outputs, delivery approaches, and packaging. - Manage complex dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations, including direct conversations with client and partner stakeholders. - Establish program governance: intake, prioritization, approvals, milestone plans, dependency management, and release readiness. - Drive executive-ready reporting on progress, burn versus budget, forecasts, risks, and remediation plans. - Own scoping, estimation, resourcing, and change management to protect outcomes and margins. - Coach and develop a matrixed team of project managers and producers.
Requirements - 10+ years of program or project delivery leadership in a creative/digital agency, consultancy, or professional services environment. - Demonstrated success delivering complex cross-functional programs on scope, schedule, budget, and quality. - Strong client management skills with the ability to negotiate tradeoffs and lead through ambiguity. - Experience partnering with large enterprise sales organizations on co-sell motions, including readiness and enablement inputs. - Familiarity with enterprise martech and digital experience platforms (CMS, DXP, content supply chain, analytics); Adobe ecosystem experience is a strong plus. - Solid business and financial acumen, including estimation, forecasting, and burn management.

Benefits and work setup - Base compensation target range of $170,000–$210,000, depending on experience and location. - Distributed team model with colleagues across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
