Responsibilities

- Define product vision, measurable goals, and success criteria for cloud platforms serving federal clients and the populations they reach - Lead discovery with designers, analysts, and technical leads to translate user research, business needs, and technical constraints into actionable requirements - Set priorities and scope across roadmaps, features, user stories, and success metrics, balancing ambition with feasibility - Coordinate closely with engineering, design, and delivery teams to ship projects on schedule and to quality - Build consensus internally and externally, representing an outcome-focused, user-centered approach in agency and partner forums - Track progress against goals, using data and qualitative insight to inform iteration, prioritization, and product improvements

Requirements

- 10+ years managing cloud-based products or platforms within federal agencies or similarly regulated environments - Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and aligning government and contractor stakeholders around shared outcomes - Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership briefings, decision documentation, and diverse stakeholder engagement - Working knowledge of cloud architectures, shared responsibility models, and cloud security frameworks - Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or FedRAMP-authorized environments and federal IT governance, including the Authority to Operate process - Ability to interpret security controls, compliance requirements, and technical documentation to inform product decisions

- Background in human-centered design applied to civic or public-sector contexts - Experience navigating ambiguity inside legacy system modernization efforts - Comfort operating within outcome-based, time-and-materials consulting engagements
