Senior Solution Architect - Healthcare & Life Sciences (SAFe)

Role overview A senior architectural role focused on Healthcare and Life Sciences clients, working within a SAFe-aligned delivery model. The position is remote and based in Spain, sitting within an engineering organization that serves the Iberia region. It is intended for an experienced solution architect who can shape large, complex programs across regulated industry verticals.

Responsibilities - Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for Healthcare and Life Sciences engagements operating under SAFe. - Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designs. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery stakeholders to align architecture with program increments and release trains. - Guide technical decision-making across teams and ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements for regulated environments.

Requirements - Significant experience as a Solution Architect on complex enterprise programs. - Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its roles, events, and artifacts. - Background delivering solutions for Healthcare and Life Sciences clients, including awareness of relevant regulatory considerations. - Based in or able to work remotely from Spain within the Iberia service region.
