Role overview A confirmed AI Developer position focused on designing, integrating, and industrializing artificial intelligence features inside production SaaS products. The work is squarely software engineering: building pragmatic LLM-powered capabilities rather than training models or doing statistical data science, with collaboration across product, data, and engineering teams to ship reliable features at scale.

Responsibilities - Design and develop AI solutions in Python, embedding them directly into SaaS products. - Build and operate Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to improve model relevance with contextual data. - Leverage AWS services, particularly AI/LLM offerings such as Bedrock, alongside Lambda and S3. - Integrate third-party AI providers and orchestration tools (for example OpenAI, Claude, and workflow automation platforms like N8N). - Iterate on prompts, evaluate outputs, and support fine-tuning to improve quality over time. - Run continuous technology watch and translate emerging ideas into concrete product proposals. - Partner with product, data, QA, and dev teams to industrialize scalable, dependable AI features.

Requirements - Solid proficiency in Python for production codebases. - Hands-on experience with AWS, ideally including Bedrock, Lambda, and S3. - Familiarity with AI provider APIs such as OpenAI and Claude. - 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in software development, preferably on AI-related projects. - Working knowledge of cloud-hosted environments and modern development practices. - Autonomy, rigor, curiosity, and the ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical colleagues.

Nice to have - First experience deploying AI or LLM features to production. - Deeper understanding of LLM behavior and prompt engineering techniques. - Practical experience with RAG architectures and contextual data retrieval. - Familiarity with orchestration and automation tools like N8N.
