Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Role overview A fully remote, telehealth-based clinical therapist position serving a diverse patient panel that includes public and commercial insurance plans. The role is structured as a pay-per-encounter W2 opportunity with flexible scheduling, caseload support, and built-in clinical oversight. The mission centers on delivering accessible, empathetic mental health care to adults across income levels.

Responsibilities - Conduct telehealth therapy sessions via the organization's video platform - Complete comprehensive intake assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning - Build therapeutic rapport and provide tailored, non-judgmental care to each client - Participate in monthly clinical case review meetings with the supervising psychologist - Document session notes and care plans in accordance with clinical standards

Requirements - Unrestricted independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in good standing in Washington State - 2 or more years of direct care experience working with adult clients - Comfort with telehealth delivery, computers, and video-conferencing tools - Strong capacity for empathetic, patient-centered care

Nice to have - Prior telemedicine experience - Bilingual Spanish skills
