Senior Data Scientist

Role overview

Use product data to help teams understand customer behavior and make better decisions. Embedded in a cross-functional product squad, you will shape product strategy through analysis and experimentation, while working with a central data science discipline. Team placement may span areas such as growth, payments, lending, financial crime, wealth or core banking.

Responsibilities

- Analyze product usage and customer behavior to identify opportunities and inform strategy. - Help product teams define meaningful measures and design or run large-scale A/B experiments. - Work with finance to develop a shared view of customer lifetime value and how product features affect profitability. - Partner with engineers to ensure the right data is collected for useful analysis. - Communicate findings clearly so teams can act on them.

Requirements

- Strong SQL skills; Python is preferred. - Experience conducting large-scale A/B experiments. - Ability to connect quantitative findings to commercial and product context. - Comfortable moving between hands-on analysis and strategic thinking. - Proactive, impact-focused approach and ability to work collaboratively.
