FP&A Data & Analytics Manager

Responsibilities - Translate FP&A and commercial requirements into data products, prototypes, and downstream reporting or automation. - Partner with Finance Data and Analytics Engineering teams on core pipelines and production-grade shared data assets. - Prepare management information, deliver actionable insights, and build data solutions that help business partners hit their goals. - Automate financial reporting processes and proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows. - Work independently with initiative, building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organisation. - Apply AI and modern analytics tooling to scale insight generation across the company.

Requirements - Significant experience in FP&A, data analytics, or a related quantitative role, ideally with exposure to financial datasets. - Strong SQL and data modelling skills, with the ability to dig into complex financial and operational data. - Experience building automated reporting, dashboards, or self-serve data tooling. - Ability to translate raw numbers into clear commercial narratives for non-technical stakeholders. - Comfort working with modern data stack tooling and partnering closely with data engineering teams. - Proactive mindset with a track record of spotting and delivering process improvements.

Nice to have - Hands-on experience applying AI or machine-learning techniques to financial or operational analytics. - Familiarity with cloud data warehouses and modern orchestration tools.

Benefits and work setup - Base salary £70,600–£83,000 depending on experience, plus performance-linked incentive awards and a benefits package. - Location options: London, Cardiff, or remote within the UK.
