Nice to have - Hands-on experience building IAM systems such as OAuth, SSO, RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC, or login and registration flows - Prior frontend experience with React/Redux

Benefits and work setup - Fully remote within the United States - U.S. base salary range: $126,000 to $248,000, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and work location - Equity and participation in an employee stock purchase program - Flexible paid time off - 20 weeks of fully paid gender-neutral parental leave - Fertility and adoption assistance - 401(k) plan - Mental health counseling - Transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage and broader health benefits - Reasonable accommodations available for candidates with disabilities throughout the application and interview process - Equal opportunity employer with hiring decisions made without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, genetics, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic
