Remote Engagement Moderation - French/English 9.26

Role overview A contract Engagement Moderator role supporting a gaming-related client project on a fully remote, flexible schedule. Moderators guide customers, solve concerns, and help users get the most out of a multi-platform experience across Discord and other social channels. Engagement is measured in deliverables over a minimum 90-day project commitment.

Responsibilities - Moderate player and community interactions on Discord and other social platforms, keeping conversations on track and brand-aligned - Assist and guide customers to the right answers, acting as the navigation layer between users and the product - Stay current with project changes and updates, adapting tone and process quickly - Work independently with minimal supervision while remaining accountable to timelines - Demonstrate proactive behavior, quick learning, and strong written communication in both supported languages - Commit to the project for at least 90 days and provide consistent reliability

Requirements - Fluency in French and English, written and verbal - At least 7 hours per week of availability - Prior Discord or social media moderation experience across multiple platforms - Previous experience with gaming-related projects - A Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit) workstation meeting specific hardware minimums including an Intel Core i7-9700K or AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor, 16 GB RAM, a supported 8 GB GPU, DirectX 12, stable broadband, and at least 100 GB of available storage - A Chromebook is not sufficient
