Senior Technical Program Manager - QuickFrame AI Integrations

Role overview Drive the strategy and execution for integrating third-party AI models into a consumer and advertiser-facing platform. This senior, largely self-directed role sits within an AI integrations team and combines market intelligence, partner influence, and product leadership. The position reports to the Director of Engineering and partners closely with engineering, vendor operations, marketing, and platform experience teams.

Responsibilities - Set multi-quarter direction for which AI models and capabilities the team integrates, tracking the market to surface opportunities ahead of vendor outreach. - Translate emerging model capabilities into customer and business value, then prioritize and sequence the integrations roadmap in partnership with engineering. - Lead vendor and partner relationships to secure early access, favorable terms, and influence over vendor roadmaps rather than one-off deals. - Convert partnership context and technical capabilities into clear product specs and engineering requirements. - Coordinate with marketing and the platform experience team on launches and go-to-market moments. - Track integration health, timelines, and progress, flagging contractual, compliance, or vendor risk early and helping drive resolution.

Requirements - 6+ years in product management or a technical product-adjacent role in a fast-moving environment, ideally adtech, martech, or AI infrastructure. - Demonstrated ability to track a fast-moving technology market and translate emerging capabilities into product opportunities, with hands-on familiarity with the AI model landscape. - Experience turning partnerships into durable product or business advantages over time. - Strong product instincts, including writing specs, prioritizing roadmaps, and setting multi-quarter direction independently. - Comfort working directly with engineering teams and translating ambiguous market signals into concrete technical requirements. - Familiarity with API-based integrations and tradeoffs such as latency, cost, and throughput, plus the ability to shape contract terms without holding final signing authority.
