Role overview
The Professional Services Consultant contributes to the successful delivery of client implementation projects for an enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software suite. The role blends business analysis, solution configuration, and client advisory work, partnering with risk leaders and executives at large organizations from kickoff through go-live.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to clients adopting the GRC product portfolio. - Collaborate directly with risk executives and senior stakeholders at major enterprises. - Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into actionable designs. - Deliver training sessions for end users and power users on the software suite. - Share functional expertise and best-practice guidance on GRC topics. - Configure business intelligence reports using SQL-based reporting tooling. - Participate in user acceptance testing and go-live readiness activities. - Contribute as a member of a multidisciplinary, often distributed, project team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree. - Some early-career experience in project management or project coordination. - Familiarity with business intelligence, analytics reporting, or SQL (preferred). - Strong verbal communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. - Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, changing environment. - Experience collaborating with virtual or distributed project teams. - Solid organizational skills and attention to detail. - Willingness to travel up to 40%.
