Role overview A post-sales Value Engineer role focused on helping enterprise customers realize business value from an AI-powered process intelligence platform. The position bridges technical product understanding with strategic customer advisory, driving adoption, expansion, and measurable outcomes across large organizations. It operates in a fast-paced, distributed environment serving enterprise clients and shaping product direction through customer insight.

Responsibilities - Act as a strategic advisor guiding customers toward desired business outcomes using the platform - Resolve product issues and provide support when users encounter roadblocks or challenges - Partner with sales, marketing, solutions engineering, and partner teams on account strategies, including upsell and expansion opportunities - Relay customer feedback to engineering, ML, and product teams to shape the roadmap and innovation pipeline - Build and execute customer success plans tied to strategic initiatives, proactively addressing barriers - Translate platform outputs into actionable insights, conclusions, and concrete next-step recommendations - Run training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions to drive user adoption

Requirements - Background in customer success, value engineering, or management consulting with a focus on business outcomes and stakeholder alignment - Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma, and identifying operational inefficiencies - Strong analytical skills, including Excel proficiency with pivot tables, lookups, and custom formulas across large data sets - Track record of building trust-based relationships with both business and technical stakeholders, adapting style to influence across functions and levels - Strong communication skills for translating complex information into compelling insights, presentations, and training - Ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments balancing strategic and tactical demands - Collaborative mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement

Nice to have - Experience in process intelligence, task mining, automation, or GenAI implementation - Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or Salesforce - Track record of delivering value quickly and iteratively in high-growth startup environments
