Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of complex software systems and services spanning backend and frontend. - Influence architecture decisions and modernization initiatives across the product. - Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical coaching. - Support operational excellence and production reliability for delivered systems. - Partner closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams on cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. - Deep knowledge of C#, .NET, .NET Core, and modern application frameworks. - Hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript or JavaScript, SQL, and APIs. - Strong backend and frontend engineering background with cloud-native application development experience. - Practical experience with AI development tools and methodologies. - Solid understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD pipelines. - Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives.
